1. I have fun by hanging out with friends and talking about interesting topics or we get out with the bike.

2. I play with the ball outside, me and my friends play tag or hide-and-seek.

3. By going outside for a run at the stadium for atleast 1 hour a day, by not staying on the computer a lot of time and to not eat a lot.

4. I eat salad in the afternoon with a cup of tea, in the morning i ussually eat bread with butter and milk, but for dinner i eat vegetables

5. I learn new things from friends that suggest me to try new things.

6. I go to bed by 10 PM.
